This Session Credits Policy ("Policy") governs in-app session credits (also shown in the TellZee app as "Coins" where that label appears) on our website at https://tellzee.com (or such other URL we publish) and/or the TellZee mobile application (together, the "Platform"). It is provided by TellZee App, maintained by D-Inventions Technologies India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), incorporated under the laws of India. "You" and "your" mean the user of the Platform.
TellZee connects users with hosts for chat (where offered free) and paid audio and video calls. Chargeable Services on the Platform ("Services") may use in-app session credits that you purchase solely to pay for those sessions. TellZee does not provide a prepaid payment instrument, stored-value account, remittance, or money-transfer service.
This Policy must be read with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
How do session credits work?
You may purchase session credits using payment methods and providers we authorize in the app. Credits are used only to pay for chargeable Services on the Platform—for example, paid audio or video calls with hosts at rates shown before you start a session, and any other paid features we may offer from time to time (such as optional digital items or enhancements, if made available). Credits are not cash, legal tender, or a stored-value instrument redeemable outside the Platform except as required by applicable law.
Purchasing session credits
Prices, packages, and currency are displayed at the point of purchase. You are responsible for all charges for credits you buy. After successful payment, your account is credited with the purchased session credits (subject to payment provider confirmation and fraud checks).
Usage of session credits
Credits are debited for paid Services as described in the app (for example per-minute or per-session pricing for calls, or other charges we display before you confirm). Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, legal tender, or currency of any state or region, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Credits can only be used on the Platform as part of our Services and cannot be combined with unrelated third-party promotions unless we expressly allow it.
No transfers: You may not sell, assign, or transfer session credits to another user or third party. Barter, resale, or off-Platform trading of credits is prohibited. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of credits, and liability for damages or costs.
Session credits do not constitute your property; they are a limited licence to use paid Services on the Platform. They are not transferable (i) on death; (ii) in domestic relations matters; or (iii) except as required by law.
We may manage, adjust, suspend, or discontinue session credits or specific uses of credits where we have a valid reason—for example suspected fraud, breach of this Policy or the Terms, legal or security requirements, or technical necessity. If we discontinue session credits entirely, we will give reasonable notice where practicable. A unit of credits may expire 365 days from the date of purchase or credit, unless a different period is shown in the app.
Pricing, holds, and charges
Call and session pricing, any temporary holds on available session credits during an active call, and final charges are shown or calculated in the app in line with our Terms of Use. Host earnings and platform fees are handled as described there and in the host flows (where applicable).
Except where we state otherwise or the law requires, purchases of session credits and charges for paid Services are final. We do not guarantee refunds for completed sessions or for unused credits.
Errors and abuse
If you believe a session-credit amount or charge is wrong due to a technical error, contact support@tellzee.com. We may correct account credits where appropriate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse session credits or breach this Policy.
You must not use session credits or the Platform to circumvent payment of real-world goods or services with other users outside our approved flows, or for unlawful purposes.
Reporting
Report suspected violations of this Policy to support@tellzee.com. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination and blocking of new accounts. You may appeal enforcement actions through channels we provide or by writing to the same address.
There are generally no refunds for unused or unredeemed session credits; use remaining credits for paid sessions before closing your account. See the Account Deletion FAQ for deletion and treatment of unused session credits.
Note to users
- If you need a tax invoice for session-credit purchases, email billing@tellzee.com with your order reference; we will respond as soon as practicable.
- Session credits are a limited licence for use within the Services, not goods sold at retail for each unit in a physical sense, and not a prepaid payment instrument or money-storage product.
- Unused session credits may be extinguished when you delete your account, subject to law and our retention rules.
- Do not use session credits for off-Platform trading or speculative activity on the internet.
- You are responsible for purchases and use of session credits; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for mistakes you make when confirming charges or using paid Services.
- We decide, in our discretion, what constitutes a violation of this Policy, subject to applicable law.
- We may change this Policy; updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
