Coins Policy

This Coins Policy ("Coins Policy") governs the Coins feature on our website at https://tellzee.com (or such other URL we publish) and/or the TellZee mobile application (together, the "Platform"). It is provided by TellZee App, maintained by D-Inventions Technologies India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), incorporated under the laws of India. "You" and "your" mean the user of the Platform.

TellZee connects users with hosts for chat (where offered free) and paid audio and video calls, using a wallet balance denominated in Coins for chargeable Services ("Services").

This Coins Policy must be read with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

How do coins work?

You may purchase Coins using payment methods and providers we authorize in the app. Coins are used to pay for chargeable Services on the Platform—for example, paid audio or video calls with hosts at rates shown before you start a session, and any other paid features we may offer from time to time (such as optional digital items or enhancements, if made available). Coins are not cash, legal tender, or a stored-value instrument redeemable outside the Platform except as required by applicable law.

Purchasing coins

Prices, bundles, and currency are displayed at the point of purchase. You are responsible for all charges for Coins you buy. After successful payment, your account is credited with the purchased Coins (subject to payment provider confirmation and fraud checks).

Usage of coins

Coins are debited for paid Services as described in the app (for example per-minute or per-session pricing for calls, or other charges we display before you confirm). Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, legal tender, or currency of any state or region, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Coins can only be used on the Platform as part of our Services and cannot be combined with unrelated third-party promotions unless we expressly allow it.

No transfers: You may not sell, assign, or transfer Coins to another user or third party. Barter, resale, or off-Platform trading of Coins is prohibited. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of Coins, and liability for damages or costs.

Coins do not constitute your property; they are a limited licence to use our balance feature. They are not transferable (i) on death; (ii) in domestic relations matters; or (iii) except as required by law.

We may manage, adjust, suspend, or discontinue Coins or specific uses of Coins where we have a valid reason—for example suspected fraud, breach of this Policy or the Terms, legal or security requirements, or technical necessity. If we discontinue Coins entirely, we will give reasonable notice where practicable. A unit of Coins may expire 365 days from the date of purchase or credit, unless a different period is shown in the app.

Pricing, holds, and charges

Call and session pricing, any holds on your balance during an active session, and final charges are shown or calculated in the app in line with our Terms of Use. Host earnings and platform fees are handled as described there and in the host flows (where applicable).

Except where we state otherwise or the law requires, purchases of Coins and charges for paid Services are final. We do not guarantee refunds for completed sessions or for unused Coins.

Errors and abuse

If you believe a Coin balance or charge is wrong due to a technical error, contact support@tellzee.com. We may correct balances where appropriate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Coins feature or breach this Policy.

You must not use Coins or the Platform to circumvent payment of real-world goods or services with other users outside our approved flows, or for unlawful purposes.

Reporting

Report suspected violations of this Coins Policy to support@tellzee.com. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination and blocking of new accounts. You may appeal enforcement actions through channels we provide or by writing to the same address.

There are generally no refunds for unused or unredeemed Coins; use your balance before closing your account. See the Account Deletion FAQ for deletion and wallet treatment.

Note to users

If you need a tax invoice for Coin purchases, email billing@tellzee.com with your order reference; we will respond as soon as practicable.
Coins are licensed platform credits for use within the Services, not goods sold at retail for each unit in a physical sense.
Coins and related balances may be extinguished when you delete your account, subject to law and our retention rules.
Do not use Coins for off-Platform trading or speculative activity on the internet.
You are responsible for purchases and use of Coins; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for voluntary transfers or mistakes you make when sending charges or using paid Services.
We decide, in our discretion, what constitutes a violation of this Policy, subject to applicable law.
We may change this Coins Policy; updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
